Deliverys and Returns

Deliveries

All orders will be dispatched upon receipt of cleared fund.

Orders are sent out via our personal courier within Spennymoor & Surrounding Areas FREE OF CHARGE (click here for more information) and via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery elsewhere – please note this service requires a signature, we cannot accept responsibility if the package is not signed for.  If  a order is over a certain weight a suitable courier will be used to ensure your products arrive safely and on time.

Please note:  Please allow up to 15 days from receipt of dispatch notification for your order to be delivered.  Royal Mail won't declare loss until its been in the system for 15 working days.

Cost of postage and packing is calculated on weight and will be shown in the basket area.

Over Sea's Buyers

Shipping costs for over sea's buyers is still under development on our website therefore we ask buyers to email us directly their order so we can calculate the postage costs for you.  PLEASE NOTE: This usually works out quite expensive when ordering heavy products.  Orders are to be sent to: orders@cosmetix-4u.co.uk

Returns/Cancellations.

In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your product(s), please contact us by email at orders@cosmetix4u.co.uk or phone on 01388 811232 within 7 days of receipt of your purchase.

We will refund your money paid as per your order on return of goods – minus and postage and packing costs. The product(s) must be in their original packaging including all accessories and items, posted to us in mint/re-saleable condition within 5 days of receipt of confirmation.  Please note:  that due to hygeine reason some items are none returnable.

Please note that all returns to us must be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (UK).  All costs to be paid by the customer. No returns are accepted after 7 days and no refunds under any circumstances will be given for used products. 

Returns will be dealt with and refunded accordingly as per above within 30 days of us receiving all goods in mint condition. We are compliant with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, which provides a 7 day 'cooling off' period after an order is placed, during which time goods may be cancelled or returned (as long as they are unused and in their original packaging). 

Damaged Goods

All claims of defects or damages will be entertained only if the recipient contacts us within 2 days of receipt of delivery and we will provide you with a replacement.  Replacements will be dispatched on receipt of returned goods.  Refunds will not be given for products with damages caused by a customer's misuse or neglect.
